Job Description:

Our ideal candidate has a degree in HVAC building automation or equivalent experience with knowledge in our industry and have the ability to property install heating and air conditioning equipment and associated controls.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Low voltage HVAC wiring for new and existing homes and business
  • Experience with wiring schematic and a firm working knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC)
  • Commission of HVAC systems and ensure they are operating properly
  • Gather equipment and part information and perform associated start up
  • Complete necessary paperwork: daily reports, AWA’s, and RFI’s
  • Ability to read blue prints and other diagrams
  • Maintain accurate and complete list of job materials used
  • Keep entire work area neat and organized and free of debris to ensure safe work environment

 

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent or tenured experience
  • A minimum of 2-year residential/commercial HVACR Installation

 

Preferred:

  • Residential and commercial electricalinstallation experience
  • Previous HVAC controls wiring for low voltage wiring
